The practice

An ancient path to a calmer, stronger you.

Qigong (“life-energy cultivation”) blends gentle movement, breath, and focused intention to restore balance and build lasting vitality. Dan-Dao — the way of the elixir — goes deeper into seated meditation and inner alchemy for those ready to refine body and spirit.

Our classes welcome complete beginners and lifelong practitioners alike. You’ll learn step by step, in small groups, with personal guidance every session.

Each module runs as an 8-week term (one class per week, 90 minutes). Progress at your own pace — or join the full path.

Fees are per 8-week term in your local currency. Concession rates (students / seniors) available — just ask. A 10% discount applies when you enrol in two or more modules together.
